- Potato:ek pan main zeera kalinji rai dana brown karain aur boil potato (peices kerlain small)dal dain add one tomato and garnish hara dhania
- Halwa: soji ko ghee main bhin lain aur add milk saath main sugar add kerdain..milk before adding milk main zarde ka colour add kerke dalain and 5 min slow flame per cook karain
- Last main badam se garnish karain
- Pori: jo dough ready ki thi usko wapsi knead karain jub half and hour ho jaye phir chohte chohte paire bana lain
- Oil ko hand per grease kerke bail lain aur flur dust dal kar bhi bana sakte hain
- Ek karhai ya deep fry pan lain oil fry ke leah jitna laina hai utna dal lain approximately 4 cup…one by one pori fry karain
- Garam garam pori serve with halwa and chanapotatoes sabzi ☺️☺️
