  3. In a pan, add ghee, milk and Milk powder. Cook until it thickens. Add saffron Milk & Jaggery at the end.
  4. Remove it from heat once it forms a single mass. Add it to greased plate to set. When warm to touch, roll it to a ball.
  5. Make a dent on top of each ball & insert inverted clove to ressemble apple stem.
  6. Mix beetroot powder with water & apply over pedas for bright red apples. You can make halved pistachios as leaves of apple. Yummy apple pedas are done.
