Instructions to make Pecan Pie:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Stir the first 5 ingredients, thoroughly.
  3. Mix in the pecans
  4. Pour into pie crust
  5. Bake on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes.
  6. If over-browning, cover edges with foil.
  7. Cool on cookie rack for 2 hours.
