On the grill, using a disposable foil pan or grill proof pan, combine blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir well and let cook until fruit starts to release its juices. Cover fruit with the cinnamon sugar-coated biscuit dough in as even a layer as possible. Cover pan tightly with foil and close the grill.

  4. Take 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  5. Prepare 1 pinch salt
  6. Get 1 handful Coriander

Stir to combine into small crumbles. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill until browned. Remove from the grill, cut into wedges and place into a gratin dish. To the peaches add half the butter, half the brown sugar and half.

Steps to make Cobbler on the Barbecue:
  1. If you rinse your fish, dab it with some kitchen roll after to dry the fillets.
  2. The fish will be cooked inside cooking foil on the barbecue.
  3. Place the fish flat on foil
  4. Then sprinkle with salt and the onions,
  5. Drizzle with the lemon juice.
  6. Add the butter.
  7. Add the coriander whole.
  8. Lastly rap the fish in the foil. (picture bellow)
  9. Reserve in fridge until its time to cook.
  10. When ready to cook place the rapped parcel on the barbecue grill and cook for about 20 minutes.
  11. Be careful when you open the foil because all the steam will come out.

Remove from the grill, cut into wedges and place into a gratin dish. To the peaches add half the butter, half the brown sugar and half. The changes to the mac & cheese are spot on. Couldn't get enough of the peach cobbler either. And if the food wasn't enough - and it very well could be - Roger was kind enough to treat us to some special attention and certainly made us feel like family.
