- Take off the heat and quickly add the Rum amnd put back on high heat roll the pan so as it catches fire keep shaking it until the flame dies down.
- Turn the bananas over cook for a minute then add to a bowl. Add the desicated coconut and two blobs of dairy ice cream.
- On top add some of the juice out the pan with tbe brown sugar mix drain off the coconut oil and add ontop of the ice cream.
