Steps to make Tasty Paniyarams:
  1. In a bowl add suji, water, curd and mix well. Keep the batter thick.
  2. Add all the vegetables, salt, and green chillies to the mixture. Keep the batter for 10-15 minutes.
  3. You can use capsicum, onions, tomatoes, carrots, beans etc. Vegetables as per the availability.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and make tadka. Add mustard seeds and curry patta leaves to the heated oil. Add the tadka to the Paniyaram batter.
  5. Heat the Paniyaram pan and grease all the moulds. Add small scoop of batter to each one.
  6. Flip the sides with a knife or stick. Cook it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Cover it with a lid to prepare them well. Turn them brown and serve with nariyal chutney or ketchup.
