- Add the kidney beans and cook for a few more minutes. Then add the tins of tomatoes and stir to combine.
- Lastly add the beef stock, sugar and tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 60-90 minutes on low. Stir occasionally.
