Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; grease with cooking spray. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Saute celery and onion until tender; add celery mixture to bowl. Mix the mozzarella, capicola, provolone, ham and salami in a mixing bowl.

  1. Mix sooji & curd in a bowl and keep aside for 30 mins
  2. Boil the potatoes and mash them after they cool down
  3. In a kadai pour some oil and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add ginger, green chillies, turmeric powder. Add onions and stir till the onions turn translucent. Finally add the mashed potatoes to it
  4. Knead the curd & sooji mixture in a dough form
  5. Once the potato mixture cools down. Form small balls for stuffing
  6. Take small portions of dough and form a small flat covering. Place the potato stuffing in the centre and cover with the sooji stuffing and form a round shape
  7. For steaming - Place the sooji balls in a greased plate. Steam in a vessel for 10-12 mins
  8. Once steamed and after it cools down. In a kadai add some oil, mustard seeds & curry leaves for tempering. Add the steamed sooji balls the kadai for a nice shiny look and garnishing.
  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sauce as desired.
