  3. Mix it thorough to a semi-thick consistency.

  5. Take a wok or kadai add to it 2 tbsp of mustard oil. Heat it and get it to the smoking point.
  6. To this oil add the stuffed bittergourds. Cover the wok for 8 to 9 minutes. Remove the cover and check whether the bittergourds are getting shallow fried
  7. Then turn the bittergourds to the other side. Again cover them for 8 - 9 minutes.
  8. Then slowly remove the cover and toss the bittergourd sideways. If they are cooked properly they will not stick to the wok.
  9. After checking for the desired result. Remove and serve them.
  10. They go very well with a meal of simple dal, rice.
