This is how to make potato paratha - a shallow, fried, Indian bread stuffed with a tasty potato mixture. This is good for a kid's tiffin box. Serve potato paratha hot with curd, pickle, and green chutney. Paratha (Parantha) is an Indian flat-bread made usually with wheat flour (atta) with vegetable stuffing inside or with some layering.

- Assemble everything together.
- Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, crushed paneer and all the ingredients except butter and ghee.Mix it well.stuffing is ready.
- Take small portion of dough make a ball and flatten it.Fill 1-2 tbsp stuffing in it.Close the ball from all sides.
- Dust dry flour on plateform,with the help of rolling pin,roll ball to make circle shaped paratha.
- Heat tawa, grease with ghee, place the paratha over it, cook it till it becomes crispy. Apply ghee both the sides
- Make all the parathas by this method.
- Cut it into pieces and Serve with Amul Butter.Butterilla Paratha is ready to eat.
