Instructions to make Stuffed khandvi:
  1. Take a bowl add there Besan, salt, hing, ginger, green chillies paste, curd and water mix it for 1 to 2 mins and prepare a paste.
  2. Now Switch on the gas flame place a Kadhai and pour the batter and with the help of a spatula just stir it continuously for 3 to 4 mins in slow flame.
  3. Now take a plain plate or tray apply some oil to it and just with the help of a spatula just apply the mix or paste to the plate. Similarly repeat the steps with the same to make it.
  4. Note: Divide it into 3 equal parts and apply on the 3 plates.
  5. Now prepare another mix with grated coconut, little salt and dhania leaves. When the Khandvi get cool just(it will take little few seconds) just cut it through a knife just straight cut and sprinkle coconut and coriander mix and roll it. Repeat the process with the same. Now prepare Tadka on the gas flame and place a tadka pan add there Rai or mustard seeds, hing, chopped green chillies and white Til. Wait for it cracks. Then turn off the gas.
  6. Then it's done garnish it with more coriander leaves and grated coconut and the prepared tadka to it and enjoy.
