I like to add an egg along with onions and celery for some crunch. Pork belly is higher in fat than a pork loin or a chop which makes it a perfect complement to this dish. Cover and process with several on/off pulses until cauliflower is evenly chopped into rice-size pieces. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the pork until no pink is showing, then add the garlic, onions, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and honey, stirring until the sauce has started to brown.

- Pre heat the oven to 190. Pour soy over the pork belly coating each side then season with garlic granules, salt and pepper. Roast in a foil lined tray for 50 mins.
- 5 mins before the pork is finished, microwave your cauli rice. And get your chutney and sauce together.
- Serve the cauli rice topped with sliced up pork belly, plenty of chutney and then a more reserved drizzle of the sweet chilli sauce.
Cover and process with several on/off pulses until cauliflower is evenly chopped into rice-size pieces. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the pork until no pink is showing, then add the garlic, onions, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and honey, stirring until the sauce has started to brown. Stir until most of the liquid has reduced, then add the cauliflower rice. Add the cooked pork, thawed peas, and sliced green onions. Make a well in the center of the pork fried cauliflower rice and pour in the beaten eggs.
