- At first take a deep bottom pan and add oil. Then add chopped garlic and onion, stir fry. Thereafter add minced soy chunks. Then one by one soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and sugar. Fry it very well in low flame till the aroma come out.
- Then make the dough and cover it with moist cloth. Thereafter divide the dough into two parts. From each dough, very small sized dough have to make. Take each dough ball into a lightly flour dusted board. Roll every dough very thin and fill them with minced soybean. Make shape as you can.
- Steam for about 10 minutes and serve it with fresh coriander chutney or chili sauce.
