- Add ground puree, saute until oil starts leaving sides
- Add spice powders and ground spice. saute for a minute
- Add oyster mushrooms, mix well
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add water and salt. bring to boil
- Simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes until mushrooms are done
- Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and cream. mix well and switch off
- Serve hot with roti or naan
